Housing targets under White Paper

CPRE Worcestershire is writing to all six Worcestershire MPs as to the implications of the White Paper’s New Standard Method for housing targets.

This vastly increases the targets for almost all the counties districts.

This (if implemented) will damage the countryside by encouraging the development of housing in unsustainable rural locations, contrary to the present government’s election manifesto.
